By accessing or using AlphaWire ("the Service") at www.alphawire.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Financial Disclaimer

AlphaWire is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. It is a financial data and analysis publication operating under the publisher exclusion of Section 202(a)(11)(D) of the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as affirmed by the U.S. Supreme Court in Lowe v. SEC, 472 U.S. 181 (1985).

All trade signals, analysis, and data presented on this platform are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any securities. Signals are generated algorithmically from publicly available data and AI analysis. They are impersonal, not tailored to any individual's financial situation, and are distributed identically to all subscribers. No fiduciary relationship is created by your use of this Service. You should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions. Trading securities involves substantial risk of loss, and you could lose more than your initial investment.

3. No Guarantees on Signal Accuracy

AlphaWire aggregates publicly available data and applies algorithmic analysis to generate trade signals. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any signals, data, or analysis provided. Past signal performance does not guarantee future results. Signal accuracy metrics are published for transparency but should not be interpreted as predictive of future performance. Data sources may experience outages, delays, or errors beyond our control. AI-generated analysis may contain errors or hallucinations.

3A. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept that: (a) you are solely responsible for your own investment decisions; (b) any trades you make based on information from AlphaWire are at your own risk; (c) AlphaWire and its operators may hold positions in securities mentioned in signals; and (d) you will not hold AlphaWire liable for any trading losses.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Pro Subscription Terms

AlphaWire Pro is a paid subscription service billed monthly ($29/mo) or annually ($199/yr). Subscriptions are processed through Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change applies to their account.
• Refund requests within 7 days of initial subscription may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or publicly share AlphaWire Pro signal data without written permission
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the signal generation algorithms
• Interfere with the operation of the service or its infrastructure
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation
• Create multiple free accounts to circumvent subscription requirements

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, trade signals, and analysis on AlphaWire are the intellectual property of AlphaWire. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Right to Modify Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to features, data sources, signal methodology, and pricing. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaWire and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlphaWire, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable federal or state courts.
