AlphaWire ("we," "us," "our") operates the trading intelligence terminal at www.alphawire.io. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.
Account Data: When you create an account, we collect your email address and an encrypted password via Supabase Authentication. We do not store passwords in plaintext.
Payment Data: If you subscribe to AlphaWire Pro, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVC, or full billing details on our servers. Stripe provides us with a subscription status and a truncated card identifier for your reference.
Usage Data: We collect anonymized analytics data including pages visited, feature usage patterns, and session duration to improve the service. This data is not linked to your identity.
Device & Log Data: Standard server logs may include IP address, browser type, and referring URL. These are retained for security and debugging purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not serve targeted advertising. We do not provide your data to data brokers.
AlphaWire uses strictly necessary cookies for authentication session management (via Supabase). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Analytics, if used, rely on anonymized, cookieless methods where possible.
